Our client, a foreign-invested manufacturer of motor vehicle parts and accessories with its office located in Rawang, is seeking a Senior Sales Key Account Manager to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in OEMs’ new product development, pursue opportunities for new projects, and drive market expansion efforts.
- Preserve the current market position, safeguard market share, and proactively pursue opportunities to expand derivative businesses stemming from the existing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Service, Product Development) to ensure the timely and effective delivery of solutions aligned with customers’ feedback on the quality, business, and technical concerns, or escalated issues, ensuring a positive experience.
- Responsible for business negotiation, contract signing, follow-up on order delivery and payment recovery.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
- Track and analyze key account performance metrics, such as sales revenue, key accounts satisfaction, and retention rates.
- Regularly update top management on critical market challenges and progress toward target achievements.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably major in mechanical, manufacturing, engineering or related fields.
- At least 3 years of related technical sales experience, experience in selling car parts or same industry background is a plus.
- Proficient in English/ Malaysia language; Mandarin speaker (open race), need to prepare resume in both language Chinese & English.
- High sense of responsibility and execution, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Candidate MUST possesses own transport.
