About the role:

The Supply Chain Manager oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless material flow to support business objectives.

About the role:

  • Manage procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and supplier relationships.
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and material planning to ensure supply continuity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Ensure supplier performance meets company standards, including on-time delivery and quality compliance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, inventory turnover, and cost savings.
  • Lead contract negotiations, supplier agreements, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) in supply chain processes.
  • Promote continuous improvement through process standardization and automation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, occupational health regulations, and company policies.
  • Support cross-functional teams in achieving business and operational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar field.
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and an all-rounder logistician.
  • Well-verse in custom operations knowledge.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing supply chain operations and relationships with suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for working with suppliers, vendors and internal teams.
  • Previous experience in local logistics companies would be preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics, warehousing and inventory management best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills.
  • A strategic and analytical mind.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing conditions.
