Position: System Support Executive (Mandarin Speaker) (Salary up to RM3,700)

 

Responsibilities:

(a) e-Procurement System Helpdesk & Master Maintenance

  • Handling daily queries via email and phone
  • Managing supplier registration and master data

 

(b) Procurement Web System Implementation & Function Promotion

  • Promoting system functions to suppliers and supporting internal procurement efficiency
  • Writing, editing, and updating training manuals

 

(c) SACT & Hazard Map System Implementation Support

  • Managing label printing and contract preparation

 

(d) System Training

  • Organizing and delivering training sessions for both internal and external users

 

Requirements: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or helpdesk support (experience in the IT industry is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking)
