Position: System Support Executive (Mandarin Speaker) (Salary up to RM3,700)
Responsibilities:
(a) e-Procurement System Helpdesk & Master Maintenance
- Handling daily queries via email and phone
- Managing supplier registration and master data
(b) Procurement Web System Implementation & Function Promotion
- Promoting system functions to suppliers and supporting internal procurement efficiency
- Writing, editing, and updating training manuals
(c) SACT & Hazard Map System Implementation Support
- Managing label printing and contract preparation
(d) System Training
- Organizing and delivering training sessions for both internal and external users
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or helpdesk support (experience in the IT industry is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking)
