About the company:
High-precision 3D measurement solutions and optical inspection systems provider — serving sectors such as semiconductors, optics, electronics (3C), new energy, and medical technology.
Responsibilities:
- Provide after-sales service and technical support to key clients in Malaysia, including on-site assistance when needed.
- Offer pre-sales and post-sales technical support for company products, guide customers on product applications, and solve technical issues that arise during usage.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (or equivalent qualification).
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in semiconductor or PCB testing equipment is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills, proactive attitude, and strong willingness to learn.
- Possess a valid driving license and able to travel for work.
- Willing to attend a one-month training in Dongguan, China after joining.
