UI/UX Designer

Role Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer at the comapny, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the shaping seamless, engaging, and impactful digital experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring intuitive, user-first designs to life. Your work will directly influence how users interact with and benefit from our fintech solutions.

What You’ll Do:
• Work closely with Product, Client and Marketing teams to craft intuitive, user-first designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that bring ideas to life.
• Involve in user research and translate insights into impactful design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency across platforms.

Role Qualification:
• 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in fintech or tech.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to simplify complex problems.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• A solid grasp of typography, color theory, and user-centered design.
• Bonus: Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• A strong passion for delivering great user experiences.
