Job Description

  • Gain insights into the outbound travel market trends of users in Greater China and Asia, develop growth strategies for various tourism product categories (flights, hotels, attraction tickets, taxis, car rentals, etc.) before and during travel, assist and empower Company’s operations across global regions, collaborate with key industry merchants, and enhance the business growth of travel solutions. Responsible for core metrics such as DAU, retention rate, new customer orders, and repurchase rate.
  • Based on the demand of cross-border travel business, combined with Company’s branding/network’s local wallets/partners/industry marketing resources, formulate industry marketing strategies and plans to enhance the Company’s travel solution’s brand presence. Achieve healthy user growth through productized methods.
  • Analyze user needs, tags, and profiles, discover innovative marketing scenarios and strategies through data insights, and conduct refined operations and lifecycle management of users to achieve scalable and sustainable business growth.
  • Efficiently collaborate with UED, product, and technical teams to plan and lead growth projects. Work closely with marketing and local wallet teams to develop marketing campaigns and interactions, promote cross-platform communication, and implement marketing strategies to boost user engagement and order volume.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in internet user growth or product operations. Experience in global business, overseas operations, Online Travel Agencies, Online-to-Offline, or outbound travel industries is preferred.
  • Strong product sense and insight, with excellent learning abilities and data operation skills. Able to think creatively and find ways to achieve growth goals.
  • Strong cross-team, cross-cultural, and cross-regional collaboration skills, capable of playing an organizational, coordination, and decision-making role within project teams, and working with multiple parties for execution.
  • Strong data analysis and consumer insights abilities, capable of identifying and solving issues from data.
