About the Client

Our client is a rapidly growing electronics manufacturing company based in Perak, Malaysia, operating as a key regional hub for a well-established international group headquartered in Asia. Since its incorporation in 2018, the company has specialized in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and a wide range of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, coils, and transformers.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock control, cycle counting, and documentation
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and compliance
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with safety standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics and supply flow
• Analyze warehouse performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization
• Ensure timely order processing and delivery to meet customer expectations

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse systems, inventory control, and logistics processes
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure
• Able to train, guide, and continuously improve the skills of warehouse team members
• Proficiency in Mandarin to support clear communication with colleagues and partners.
