Job scope:
- support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- provide backup support to kiosk team (including weekend and public holiday) when needed provide counselling on policies and procedures
- actively involved in recruitment by posting ads and managing the hiring process
- develop training and development programs
- assist in performance management processes
- support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues maintain employee records (attendance, absent etc.) According to policy and legal requirements
- collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets and calculate bonuses and allowances
- prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
- report on payroll expenses
- key in new employees’ data (e.g., bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
Requirements:
- Diploma / degree / master. Fresh graduate are welcomed
- preferable chinese candidate (must have hr related knowledge), bahasa malaysia & english (speak & writing)
- good attitude and able to maintain high confidential with necessary information
