Accounts Executive/ Assistant Finance Manager

Client Overview

Our client is a public listed company on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and a leading manufacturer in flexible plastic packaging and a prominent developer of affordable homes in Malaysia.

Job Description

1. Timely preparation and analysis of monthly management reports
2. Responsible for handling the full spectrum of accounting, cash flow, treasury, taxation and management reporting functions
3. Responsible for preparation of budgets and forecasts
4. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and other statutory bodies/authorities to ensure compliance with audit, taxation and statutory requirements
5. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirements

1. At least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in accounting Finance/ACCA or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years’ working experience
3. Outgoing, proactive, strong drive and good working attitude. Able to work independently
4. Able to work well under pressure and willing to undertake challenges
5. Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
