UX Designer (Mandarin Speaker)

We are looking for an User Experience Designer to support our International Product and Design Team.

1. Responsible for the UX design across the key websites & event Apps under the company, including company websites and voyage events.
   
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into an understandable user interface.
   
3. Work cross-collaboratively with teams based in London, China, and Singapore across multiple disciplines (marketing, engineering, content, SRE, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery and high standards across design, functionality, and content.
   
4. Develop and maintain a design library/style guide to improve consistency and efficiency.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a design-related field, at least 3 years of experience in UX design.
2. Extensive design experience in branding/marketing related large-scale event or website product projects, relevant management experience is a plus.
3. Strong collaborative skills and a sense of responsibility, with the ability to proactively explore design opportunities within a project, and drive cross-departmental, cross-time zone collaboration to finalize the solution.
4. Excellent design skills, proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an international perspective.
6. Having a keen eye on design trends, front-edge technologies, and designs.
7. Can read and communicate in Mandarin with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
