Web Designer (HTML/CSS/JS)

Job description
The ideal candidate is a skilled creative professional that thrives in a team environment. You
will create the look, layout and features of our product tools, websites and landing pages.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually compelling, user-friendly, and responsive website
  layouts, wireframes, and mockups.
• Create websites that are visually appealing and intuitive, ensuring ease of navigation
  and optimal user experience (UX/UI).
• Ensure all websites are optimized for speed, usability, performance, and cross
  browser compatibility.
• Design websites that work seamlessly across multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, brand requirements, and
  provide professional design recommendations.
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback into the
  development process.
• Guide clients on design best practices and functionality to achieve their desired
  online presence.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and support for existing websites.
• Ensure websites remain polished, cohesive, and perform optimally after launch.
• Execute content and module updates accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to align website
  designs with branding, business goals, and technical requirements.
• Work closely with developers to implement design elements and ensure smooth
  execution of design-to-development transitions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, technologies, and best
  practices.
• Regularly research and explore innovative design techniques to continuously improve
  website functionality and user experience
• To undertake any other directives, duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management
  from time to time.
  
  

Qualifications & Criteria:

• Proven experience designing and developing websites.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design techniques.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to create user-centered
  designs.
• Familiarity with website optimization tools and techniques to enhance performance,
  speed, and accessibility.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all web
  assets.
• Able to read and create Chinese website content will be advantage
• Able to work on-site office located at Puchong.
