Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement effective paid digital advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other suitable platforms to generate high-quality leads.
- Create advertising assets and content for social media, websites, email newsletters, and blogs.
- Conduct SEO analysis and produce optimized copy for digital content.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end promotional campaigns to boost customer acquisition and sales conversion.
- Perform A/B testing and use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and conversion funnels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including budget oversight.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure event marketing strategies align with overall company objectives.
- Support other marketing activities as needed.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role or within a marketing agency.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Solid understanding and practical skills in SEO and SEM.
- Experience in creating visuals, editing videos, and writing marketing copy is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and campaign performance tracking tools.
- Knowledge of full-funnel marketing strategies and managing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
