Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting notes, presentation decks, and follow-up summaries
- Coordinate with internal teams to track and support CEO-led initiatives
- Attend key meetings to capture action items and ensure follow-through
- Handle confidential communications and flag important issues for review
- Maintain organized internal documentation
- Liaise with external partners, board members, and cross-border stakeholders
- Always uphold discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Second Upper Honours or above) from a recognised university
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) – needed for internal and external communication
- 1–3 years of experience in executive support, coordination, or operations (exceptional fresh grads welcome)
- Calm and detail-oriented personality
- Independent and mature, able to follow up on tasks with minimal supervision
- Skilled in Google Workspace and MS Office tools
- Able to handle high pressure, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities with ease
