Job Description:
We are looking for a professional Personal Assistant to support a company executive in managing daily business operations, meetings, and social engagements. This role requires a high level of discretion, multilingual communication skills, and flexibility for various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
  • Accompany the executive to business meetings, events, and social functions
  • Arrange and coordinate business-related social engagements and entertainment
  • Provide real-time assistance during meetings and engagements
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a related field.
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (required), with proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Malay preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to manage a dynamic schedule and travel locally when needed
  • Comfortable attending formal or social business occasions
