Human Resource Operations Executive (3 months contract)

About the role:

The Human Resource Operations Executive is responsible for managing HR operational processes and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The role supports onboarding, payroll, employee records, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR administration to protect the company’s interests and provide a seamless employee experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operational activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
  • Prepare HR letters and documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, amendments, and termination letters.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accuracy of employee data, attendance, leave records, and statutory information.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and medical claims in accordance with company policy.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, statutory reporting, and internal HR policies.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Shared Services Centre (SSC), and external vendors where applicable.
  • Support HR audits, reporting, and data reconciliation.
  • Assist in continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
  • Good knowledge of local labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Experience in payroll coordination and employee data management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
