Business Development Manager (Cloud Solutions | APAC) – Mandarin Speaker

About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing technology company specializing in multi-cloud solutions, supporting businesses across the APAC region in their digital transformation journey. They partner with leading global cloud platforms to deliver secure, scalable, and customized cloud services tailored to diverse business needs. With a strong focus on innovation, data security, and customer success, they provide end-to-end cloud consulting, implementation, and optimization solutions. Operating in a dynamic and collaborative environment, they are rapidly expanding within the Web3 and cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow your market: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Web3 or Internet Company segment across APAC. Consistently achieve or exceed sales and renewal targets on a quarterly basis.
  • Deliver solution-based selling: Understand customer needs deeply and position tailored cloud solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Build lasting client relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor, developing long-term partnerships and expanding account value over time.
  • Accelerate pipeline and execution: Actively participate in lead generation efforts, campaigns, and customer engagements to build and advance a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Contribute to growth strategy: Bring market insights and business intelligence to improve offerings, value propositions, and go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Work as One Team: Embrace a collaborative mindset and contribute to a unified effort across the business to deliver exceptional results.

Job Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technology sales or business development, ideally with exposure to public cloud services or SaaS.
  • A proactive, outcome-oriented approach with strong business acumen and a high degree of ownership.
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for innovation and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to support regional clients effectively.
  • Experience in the Web3 sector is a strong plus, as we continue to expand in this fast-growing segment.
