About the Client
Our client is a rapidly growing electronics manufacturing company based in Perak, Malaysia, operating as a key regional hub for a well-established international group headquartered in Asia. Since its incorporation in 2018, the company has specialized in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and a wide range of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, coils, and transformers.

Role Summary:
To lead and manage the QA department by developing standards, handling audits and customer issues, ensuring ISO compliance, and driving continuous improvement in product quality and team performance.

Responsibilities:
Lead QA team, set standards, and ensure ISO/regulatory compliance
Handle customer complaints, audits, NPI, and RMA processes
Monitor QA metrics, DPPM, and drive continuous improvement
Analyze production data, prepare KPI reports, and coach team members
Conduct product/process audits and make critical quality decisions

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Quality Management
Minimum 6 years’ QA/QC/engineering experience with ISO 9001 & IATF16949 audits
Proven leadership managing a department under pressure
Certified ISO9001:2015 & IATF16949:2016 Internal Auditor
Fluent in Chinese and English
