About the Client
Our client is a rapidly growing electronics manufacturing company based in Perak, Malaysia, operating as a key regional hub for a well-established international group headquartered in Asia. Since its incorporation in 2018, the company has specialized in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and a wide range of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, coils, and transformers.

Role Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager (SCM Manager) will lead and oversee the end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring effective planning, procurement, inventory control, and material management within an EMS/manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership in coordinating sales planning, production scheduling, and supplier management while driving continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance with ISO quality standards. The SCM Manager will play a critical role in achieving company KPIs, ensuring timely customer deliveries, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
Lead monthly sales planning and ensure shipment targets are met.
Coordinate meetings to resolve sales and shipment challenges.
Manage PMC, warehousing, and daily supply chain operations.
Train and develop subordinates to enhance capability.
Review production plans, forecast and control raw materials, WIP, and FG.
Approve job orders, procurement activities, and inventory control strategies.
Ensure compliance with QMS ISO requirements and company KPIs.
Maintain a safe, organized, and 5S‑compliant work environment.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain management within EMS/manufacturing.
Experience handling electronics components.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong problem‑solving, financial understanding, risk analysis, and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
