Role Summary:
To lead product portfolio strategy in the semiconductor packaging industry — with a focus on tape & reel systems — by driving market differentiation, managing pricing and margins, engaging key customers, and coordinating cross‑functional projects to achieve growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product portfolio strategy aligned with market trends and business growth targets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Manage product pricing strategy, margin performance, and price‑cost management.
• Develop business cases and support new projects/customers development initiatives.
• Engage with key customers to understand business needs, pain points, and growth opportunities.
• Build strong rapport and long‑term relationships with key customers to enhance loyalty and partnership.
• Monitor key performance metrics including revenue growth and new projects development.
• Synchronize between internal and external parties to achieve total customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management / Business Development / Technical Sales within the electronics component packaging industry.
• Experience in Tape & Reel packaging systems for semiconductor backend testing is required.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, negotiation, and margin management.
• Proven ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in customer‑facing situations.
• Experience handling cross‑functional projects.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Power BI knowledge is an added advantage).
• Regional travelling exposure is required.
• Knowledge in carrier tape design with EIA 483 compliance is an added advantage.
