About the Client
Our client operates in the beauty, wellness, and health products sector, with business activities covering the trading, importing, exporting, distribution, marketing, and direct sales of beauty and personal care products.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on the company’s beauty and wellness products.
- Process customer orders, quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with customers on order status, delivery arrangements, and after-sales support.
- Pack, and prepare products for delivery according to customer orders.
- Arrange shipments with courier and logistics providers and monitor delivery status.
- Receive and process orders at the warehouse while ensuring order accuracy.
- Maintain proper customer, inventory, and order records in the system.
- Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle general administrative and customer service duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of working experience in similar industry.
- Able to speak, read, write fluently in Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Meticulous with positive working attitude
- Independent and must have initiative and responsibility
