Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Execution (Primary)

Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance materials.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Drive effective stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels.
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues to minimize delivery impact.
Track project progress and provide regular reporting to sponsors and senior management.
Manage change requests and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities.

Governance & Stakeholder Management (Secondary)

Support project governance activities including steering committee meetings, status reporting, and project reviews.
Ensure compliance with organizational project management frameworks, controls, and standards.
Facilitate decision-making processes and escalation management where required.

Requirements:

At least 7 years of Project Management experience, with a strong track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale projects within the insurance or financial services industry.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional project teams and multiple stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and vendor deliverables.

The salary for this position is up to RM 10,000.
