Conveyancing Lawyer

Job description:

1. To handle all matters relating to real estate conveyancing that the firm undertakes such as preparing SPA for development projects/sub-sales, security documentations for banking facilities/loan as well as all incidental matters until completion.

2. Attending to meetings with clients, authorities, correspondences and other types of works assigned by the firm from time to time.

3. All other tasks related to real estate conveyancing that are not specifically stipulated above.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. 0 to 4 PQE in conveyancing practice.

2. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

3. Added advantage to applicants who are able to communicate in Mandarin.

4. Hardworking and a team player who is always willing to learn.

5. Able to work independently.
