Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships within the energy and renewables sector. The role involves developing business strategies, identifying opportunities, and building strong client and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Identify and build relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market initiatives.
  • Support proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Track KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 6–15 years’ experience in business development, strategic planning, or financial evaluation (energy/renewables preferred).
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Degree or Master’s in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
