Role Summary:
The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that align with customer business needs. This role combines technical expertise with consultative engagement, supporting clients
throughout their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
Translate customer requirements into effective cloud architectures and technical solutions.
Provide consultative guidance, simplifying complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
Support the full customer lifecycle — discovery, design, deployment, operations, and optimization.
Maintain high standards of documentation and stay updated on cloud technology trends.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Alibaba) preferred.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or consulting.
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS), networking, storage, security, and automation frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills; fluency in Mandarin and English for regional client support.
