Cloud Technical Account Manager – Mandarin Speaker

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical services and support to clients, ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform operations and maintenance tasks for cloud environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance.
  • Administer operating systems and databases, ensuring high availability and data security.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client IT departments to ensure smooth project delivery and system handover.
  • Conduct solution reviews, diagnose complex issues, and apply cloud best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and operational guidelines.
  • Stay updated with cloud technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in the cloud industry or in network/system operations (OS and DB administration).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Huawei, Alibaba, Tencent, AWS, Azure, GCP) with proficiency in at least one.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, Java) and understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to bridge technical and business requirements.
  • Professional certifications in cloud platforms are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with clients.
