Conveyancing Clerk (JB)

Job Description

  • To assist lawyers in handling SPA and Loan Documentation for sub sale cases
  • To assist in Loan Agreements for financing and re-financing
  • All other related conveyancing matters such as discharge of charge / receipt and reassignment, tenancy agreements and etc.
  • Raise payment voucher and invoices, follow up on payment of invoices in a timely manner and etc.
  • To liaise with clients, agents, relevant government authorities and other relevant parties
  • Monitor progress and update clients files
  • Other Ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM
  • 2 years experience in handling sub sale SPA and/or loan documentations (preferably commercial loan)
  • Spoken and written English are required.
  • Meticulous, positive attitude, diligent and hardworking
