Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for office, retail, and expansion roles
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
- Source, screen, and conduct interviews (online & in-office)
- Manage offer process, onboarding, and documentation
HR Operations & Employee Experience
- Manage staff onboarding, confirmation, and HR documentation
- Support performance management (KPIs, appraisals, reviews)
- Assist in implementing and reinforcing company core values
- Handle basic HR administration and ensure compliance with Employment Act
Culture & Engagement
- Plan and organise simple staff welfare activities and engagement initiatives
- Support culture-building initiatives as the company grows
- Coordinate with external parties (e.g. business coach, vendors) when required
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or Administration
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment
- Good understanding of HR processes
- Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication skills (Mandarin proficiency preferred)
- Able to work independently, organized, and proactive
- People-oriented, passionate, and open to learning
