ODM and BAW – Developer/System Analyst (Hybrid Working Arrangement)

Having 30 years of experience serving clients in the following industries: insurance, banking, telecommunications, aviation, construction, and government institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Experienced IBM ODM / IBM BAW Developer with strong expertise in enterprise decision management, business process automation, and application integration.
• Analyse business needs in order to design, develop, test, deploy and support applications to meet business objectives.
• Maintain and support the applications in accordance to Service Level Agreement.
• Deliver applications in accordance to relevant IT policies and procedures
• Resolve new/complex problems which may impact the application.
• Work as part of the team to provide and share technical knowledge to other team members.

Requirements:

• 8 + years of hands-on experience in development of IBM ODM/Rule Designer (Operational Decision Manager v8.10.x), Rule Execution server, Decision Center and Action / Rule set .
• Strong development knowledge on BOM/XOM, decision table, technical rule and rule flow.
• Experience in ODM upgrades/migrations, patching, production support, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Experience in analysis, designing, coding and implementation of complex, custom-built applications in IBM Workflows/BPM/BAW v20.x.
• Knowledge on Process Admin, IBM WAS/ WebSphere , Java scripting ,RDBMS , SQL and API / Rest programming.
• Possessing skills with IBM MQ, Java/Java EE, Shell Script , Batch script and codebase knowledge on GIT are added advantage.
• Experience in agile Software development.
• Insurance domain experience is preferred.
• IBM ECM (Enterprise Content Manager), CI/CD knowledge, Dockers, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud. (Advantage).
