Process Engineer / Quality Engineer

Role Summary:
The Process/Quality Engineer plays a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations by ensuring stable process performance, high product quality, and continuous improvement within a high‑volume semiconductor environment. The role is responsible for monitoring and optimizing production processes, analyzing defects, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. It also involves managing in‑process and outgoing quality control, improving inspection standards, and collaborating closely with Production, Engineering, and QA teams to resolve issues, enhance efficiency, and maintain compliance with customer and internal quality requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and improve production processes to ensure stable output and high yield
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Support in‑process and outgoing quality control
• Prepare SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and QA teams to resolve issues
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and defect reduction initiatives
• Prepare reports, defect analysis, and improvement proposals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical, etc.)
• 2–5 years experience in semiconductor, PCB, substrate, or electronics manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of QC tools, SPC, CAPA, DOE, or process control
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
