Job Descriptions:

  1. To attend, service, promote and to specify company products to Quantity Surveyors, Engineers and Developers.
  2. Maintain good relationship with by identifying client’s needs and develop appropriate sales strategy to meet their needs.
  3. Responsible of preparation of proposals, provide solutions and information.
  4. Conduct product briefing and organize presentation to clients.
  5. Liaise with clients on all technical aspects of the project.
  6. Identify and gather new potential leads and maintain existing client’s relationship.
  7. Good Communication skills.
  8. Gather market intelligence for the Manager by making close monitoring of market movements.
  9. Able to meet target and work independently.
  10. Suitable candidate may also be possibly tasked to cover other regions.

 

 

Requirements:

  1. Diploma/Degree in business, marketing, construction or related fields
  2. Prior experience in plastic pipe sales is a must.
  3. Able to read and comprehend construction/architectural drawings
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  5. Good analytical and presentation skills
  6. Able to conduct fluently in English, Malay, and Mandarin is a must.
