Quality System Engineer

About the Client
Our client is a rapidly growing electronics manufacturing company based in Perak, Malaysia, operating as a key regional hub for a well-established international group headquartered in Asia. Since its incorporation in 2018, the company has specialized in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and a wide range of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, coils, and transformers.

Role Summary:
Responsible for maintaining, auditing, and deploying ISO‑based quality systems across manufacturing, lab, and support functions, ensuring compliance, effective communication, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and deploy ISO9001/IATF16949 quality systems across manufacturing, lab, and support functions
Communicate effectively with all organizational levels and external accredited agencies
Support audits, compliance, and KPI achievement
Oversee daily document control operations (DCC)

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 1 year relevant experience, including ISO 9001 audit exposure
Strong analytical skills with knowledge of 5 Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC)
Fluent in Chinese and English
