Role Summary:
The role involves managing existing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, preparing quotations, and providing pre-sales and after-sales support. You will also conduct customer visits, present product solutions, and monitor market trends while working closely with semiconductor manufacturers and OSAT customers in the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities in the Penang region.
- Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and provide pre- and post-sales support.
- Conduct customer visits, identify potential opportunities, and deliver product presentations.
- Submit sales visit reports, monitor market trends, and maintain customer database.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Penang and occasionally within Malaysia.
- Familiar with the Penang semiconductor ecosystem and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote working environment.
