Our client operates in the beauty, wellness, and health products sector, with business activities covering the trading, importing, exporting, distribution, marketing, and direct sales of beauty and personal care products.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s beauty, wellness, and health products to customers and distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, members, and business partners.
- Identify and recruit new distributors, agents, and customers to expand the business network.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits, usage, and promotional programs.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales events, roadshows, training sessions, and company promotional activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty, wellness, health supplement, direct selling, or MLM industry.
- Preferably candidates from food science or nutrition background.
- Able to speak, read, write fluently in Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Willing to travel outstation for customer visits, sales activities, roadshows, training sessions, and business development purposes.
