The company is a food and beverage ingredients manufacturer specializing in dessert and beverage powders, syrups, and related products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new customers within the F&B sector.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through consistent follow-ups.
- Present and promote the company’s product range effectively.
- Learn and understand the basic cooking or preparation methods of company products to conduct product demos for customers.
- Prepare quotations, handle order follow-ups, and coordinate with operations for delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and industry trends.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Participate in company tasting sessions, sampling events, and exhibitions.
- Assist in preparing required materials, ingredients, and equipment for events.
- After events, help clean up and restore the office/exhibition area.
- Attend sales meetings, training, and company activities when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (F&B experience is an advantage).
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Able to learn product preparation methods quickly.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport.
