About The Company:
Our client is an investment holding company with subsidiaries specializing in property development.
Position: Sales Administrator – Project Coordination (Mandarin Speaker) (Salary up to RM3,500)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for sales, marketing, and project management, from initial planning to development approval.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, including Sales & Purchase Agreements, loan paperwork, billings, and receipts.
- Issue progressive billings and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Apply for Property Developer Licenses, Advertising Permits, and prepare sales reports for the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT).
- Coordinate with real estate agents regarding property sales.
- Prepare weekly sales and collection reports and assist in creating marketing materials.
- Respond to inquiries from sales prospects and manage correspondence.
- Assist in project administration, liaising with departments to process documents and ensure project delivery.
- Communicate with government bodies for project approvals.
- Monitor the performance of project consultants to ensure timely deliverables.
- Contribute to feasibility studies and provide regular project status updates.
- Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and SOPs.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or project administration (preferred).
- Strong communication skills; Mandarin is required, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and experienced in word processing and spreadsheets.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and a strong work ethic.
- Responsible, cooperative, and willing to go the extra mile.
