Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. Must have strong knowledge in construction field and contact with Developers / Constructors.
  2. Able to make appointment and promote new products.
  3. Performs sales supporting and administrative works, handling enquiries, quotation to customer, email and planning for sales team activities.
  4. Able to conduct presentation to potential clients, consultants, architects and quantity surveyors.
  5. Able to lead and achieved company set target and do analysis regularly of competitors system, pricing, market offers and respond positively.
  6. To handle all sales activities, coordination with site operation, study main contract, any other related matters, coordinate closely with other department.
  7. Perform others duties assigned and directed by Management.

 

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma with 3 years working experience in sales / construction industries.
  2. Initiative, willing to learn and work independently and be able to work under pressure.
  3. Good command of Computer Knowledge (esp. AutoCAD & Microsoft Project and Microsoft office).
  4. Write and speak Languages English, Bahasa, Cantonese and Mandarin are highly appreciated.
  5. Willing to travel and possess own transport.
  6. Must be a team player and responsible person.
