Responsibilities:
- Must have strong knowledge in construction field and contact with Developers / Constructors.
- Able to make appointment and promote new products.
- Performs sales supporting and administrative works, handling enquiries, quotation to customer, email and planning for sales team activities.
- Able to conduct presentation to potential clients, consultants, architects and quantity surveyors.
- Able to lead and achieved company set target and do analysis regularly of competitors system, pricing, market offers and respond positively.
- To handle all sales activities, coordination with site operation, study main contract, any other related matters, coordinate closely with other department.
- Perform others duties assigned and directed by Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with 3 years working experience in sales / construction industries.
- Initiative, willing to learn and work independently and be able to work under pressure.
- Good command of Computer Knowledge (esp. AutoCAD & Microsoft Project and Microsoft office).
- Write and speak Languages English, Bahasa, Cantonese and Mandarin are highly appreciated.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
- Must be a team player and responsible person.
