Responsibilities:
Support coordination of Learning & Development (L&D) programmes under the Centre of Excellence (CoE)
- Assist with vendor coordination and scheduling
- Support programme planning and logistics
- Send invitations and communications to participants and presenters
- Follow up on training schedules and ensure smooth execution
Manage programme feedback processes
- Distribute feedback forms and send reminders
- Compile and summarise feedback data
Support Learning Management System (LMS) activities
- Upload training courses in collaboration with the HRIS team
- Generate basic reports and track training progress
- Update data in SmartSheet (e.g. programme progress and feedback)
Provide general administrative and coordination support
- Handle queries related to L&D programmes
- Assist with reporting and documentation as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in L&D, HR, or administrative/coordination roles
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with LMS platforms or HR systems is an added advantage
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
