About the Company:
A public listed company with primary business in the manufacturing and sales of Wooden Products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead growth initiatives, expand customer base, and strengthen relationships within the wooden picture frame and related industries.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key clients.
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to align products with market demand.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and business plans.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Business Development / Sales experience in the wooden products, wooden furniture, wooden building materials, or wooden picture frame industry is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Occasionally travelling to US and Australia for client visit.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
